Understanding New User Interface

This article is for our early users who are accustomed to our old user interface. This article is also for those of you who find our documentation with references to the old menu. We’re in the process of updating the documentation but in the meantime, this article should help you with the transition.

The world has changed and we are responding with new features. In addition to Messaging, we are including a number of features to help hoteliers cope with the new demands. The new UI will help us include the new features in an intuitive way.

We have moved most of the top menu items to the left side-navigation.

• Menu / Guest -> Guest (Left Top)
• Menu / Operations -> Staff (Left Middle)
• Profile -> Personal + Resources (Left Bottom)
