How to fill out your business registration information

A2P 10DLC allows businesses to send Application-to-Person (A2P) messages via 10 Digit Long Code (10 DLC) phone numbers. You can read more at Twilio A2P 10DLC.

  1. Please go to ADMIN > Settings > Twilio > Registration.
  2. Fill out Business Information and Authorized Representative fields. See the section below on How to find your legal business information.
  3. The submitted information is sent to Twilio.
  4. After a successful approval, the Status will change from SUBMITTED to APPROVED.

How to find your business registration information

United States

Find the business registration information from your IRS EIN document:

Canada

Canadian entities must provide a Canadian Business Number (BN-9). An example BN-9 appears below as the bolded part of the Canadian Business Number:

Europe

Lookup your VIES VAT number at https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/

Australia

Lookup your Australian Business Number (ABN) at https://abr.business.gov.au/
